Jewish Holocaust Survivors & Descendants for Palestine
We are Jewish survivors and descendants of Jewish survivors of the Holocaust.
We believe in freedom, dignity, justice, equal rights and peace for all.
We stand in solidarity with the people of Palestine.
Who we are and what we do
We are Jews or persons of Jewish descent, who survived or whose parents or grandparents survived the Holocaust. For this reason, the horror of what is being done to the Palestinian people is intensely relevant to us, triggering painful memories of what we felt and heard in our families.
We are individuals of varied backgrounds and political views. What unites us is a desire for a just peace for all; a condemnation of the genocidal actions of the Israeli state; and a rejection of the notion that all Jews support the current state of Israel or that the Holocaust justifies its actions.
We collect testimony. We gather and publish the stories of those whose family history means: Never again for all!
We amplify solidarity. We celebrate those who speak out and we link to their voices. We report news of survivors and descendants who take a stand.
We invite connection. We welcome others to join us, to share solidarity and to tell their stories.
